Inspired by the sound of Genesis, Fruupp shaped a melodic, structured work that places keyboardist Stephen Houston’s playing at its heart, supported by sweeping arrangements and symphonic touches. The album remains a cult treasure within the progressive rock canon, praised for its ambition, atmosphere, and evocative songwriting.
