Ian Anderson’s 1983 debut solo album Walk Into Light returns in a new 2026 vinyl edition, remixed by BruceSoord with more natural-sounding drums. Recorded on 24-track at Anderson’s home studio in Buckinghamshire, the album was made in close collaboration with Peter-John Vettese and reflected the early 1980s shift towards electronic instrumentation, including the use of an early drum machine. This revised edition gives the album a more organic rhythmic foundation while retaining the sleek, technology-driven character of the original recording. Includes the opening single “Fly By Night”.
