Infuential Irish prog-folk duo Tir na nOg (comprising songwriters LeoO’Kelly and Sonny Condell) produced three classic alt-folk-fringed albumsat the start of the 1970s, then split.

They re-formed in 1985 and released their last studio album, The Dark Dancein 2015. The Dark Dance was their frst new album of original material in 42 years following the release of Strong in the Sun in 1973. Despite the years, Tir na nOg continued to make stylish, powerful, and relevant category- defying electroacoustic music with a keen sense of spaciousness and a supreme confdencethat proves their personal chemistry is undimmed, Leo and Sonny are still acreative force to be reckoned with.
